Meet the founder
Effie Patricia Williams
Effie is a retired U.S. Army Veteran and Sergeant First Class whose career includes military protocol, executive administrative support, and coordination for top leadership. She brings that same discipline and precision to organizational vendor programs.
Her work has involved coordinating dignitary and VIP visits, managing complex calendars and meeting requirements, preparing top leadership for engagements, and keeping multiple people aligned on time-sensitive details.
Today, she applies her knowledge, expertise, and experience to Vendor sourcing and recruitment, Speaker and Sponsor coordination, VIP and Protocol support, onsite vendor-area management, and the procurement of branded products and gifts.
Effie’s approach to Protocol Support is formed by her U.S. Army protocol and executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership, distinguished visitors, and high-visibility engagements.
